Asus Unveils Affordable Android Jelly Bean Tablet


Taiwan’s multinational computer hardware company Asus, is all set to add 7 inch Android Jelly Bean Tablet to its lineup.  If sources are to be believed Asus within next two months will enter the tablet segment in India by launching its affordable 7-inch tablet. According to sources, Asus recently had launched Vivo Tab RT and a notebook-tablet hybrid known as Taichi running on Windows RT OS in India.


The Asus Vivo Tab RT flaunts outstanding specifications including 10.1-inch Super IPS + panel with 178 degree viewing angle.  It has got super fast performance due to the presence of quad core Nvidia Tegra 3 mobile processor.  Asus has done a full justice with it’s built by providing it an optional keyboard dock along with a built-in battery to give an extended battery life.  Vivo Tab RT comes with 8 MP Autofocus rear camera with LED flash, 2 MP front camera, 64GB of memory space, GPS, quad-speakers with SonicMaster audio technology, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0


Asus Taichi comes with Windows 8 OS along with Intel i7 processor.  You can use it in two ways as it comes with two sided display along with keyboard.  When the lid is opened it works like a notebook with its lower display and keyboard and when closed it acts like a tablet with its upper display.  The display of Asus Taichi supports 10fingers touch and they both are of 11.6-inch.  The device has got one mini VGA port, HDMI port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and two USB port.  The hybrid device also has 5 MP Autofocus camera while the net book part sports a HD camera.


Asus has always catered the need of its consumers and had brought the products according to their demands. This time again with their affordable 7-inch tablet they had taken an initiative to enter the huge market catering the entry level buyers in the country.
