HTC J Butterfly Unveiled In Japan; Boasts 5


Flagship devices from different manufacturers with their 1280 x 720 (720p) display screens have been wooing the customers for quite a long time. But now they will all look just average. Make way for the first full HD display screen from HTC. The all-new Super LCD 3, 1920 x 1080 pixel 440ppi screen is the latest yardstick in smartphone display world.

The recently launched HTC J Butterfly, aka J Butterfly HTL21, from HTC running Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) is the latest sensation in the big size smartphone world.

The staggering display of the J Butterfly conceals its Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro (APQ8064) CPU rated at 1.5 GHz. There also is an 8mp camera having LED flash on the rear, and a 2.1 MP on the front for video chat / calls. Belonging to the high-edn segment of the smartphone market, the HTC J Butterfly comes with Beats Audio addition. It’s also said that the handset will be water resistant.

The other technical details for HTC J Butterfly include:

·       Wi-Fi (802.11 n/g/b/a) at 5GHz, 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, Tethering / mobile hotspot support, GPS.

·       3.5mm and Micro USB ports.

·       2020 mAh battery.

·       Measuring 5.63 x 2.8 x 0.36 inches,

·       Weighing 140 grams.


The HTC J Butterfly will enter the Japanese market in 2012 December, then subsequently entering the other parts of the world.


But the real good news here is that the stunning display of HTC J Butterfly will also be making its way to other handsets from HTC.
